Blanchdown is
situated near the Stannary town of
Tavistock, in Devon.
The farm lies on
the banks of the Tamar river, which divides Devon and
Cornwall. The river forms the western boundary of the farm.
The Tamar
Valley, with the farm near its centre is a designated Area
Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it has also been awarded
World Heritage status as a result of its mining history,
with numerous historical sites to visit. |
